The Franklin County Convention and Visitors Bureau (FCCVB), a nonprofit organization, is a division of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce.

The mission of the FCCVB is to encourage tourism in the Franklin County area through the promotion of the area as a destination for day and overnight visitors.

Funding of the FCCVB is made possible through hotel/motel funds received from the City of Hampton and Franklin County.

The FCCVB Board of Directors shall be composed of nine members representing a cross-section of business, meeting, and tourism industry in Franklin County. Two nonvoting, ex-officio members are the City Administrator of Hampton or designee and a Franklin County Supervisor. The Executive Director of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce is the staff member.
